Mr. Angelini holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.

Second Vice Chairman
Jorge Andueza is the Second Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of ARAUCO, since April 23, 2013, having served as Director since April 11, 1994. Marcela Bravo Puldain
Marcela is a Commercial Engineer from the University of Chile, Advance Management Program (AMP) from ESE Business School, graduate of the Board of Woman (BOW), and the program for Directors of ESE. Since 2018, she has been the General Manager of Acción Empresas, an organization in which ARAUCO is a partner along with more than 120 other companies. Previously, she was Manager of Corporate Affairs at ACHS, Manager of Communications and CSR at BCI, Manager of Communications at Aguas Andinas, Manager of Institutional Relations at Telefónica, and Commercial Manager at VTR.

Jorge Bunster Betteley
orge Bunster is a member of ARAUCO’s Board of Directors since April 2017, having served as Director between April 1994 and March 2010, when he voluntarily resigned to become General Director of DIRECON until 2012 and later went on to serve as Minister of Energy for the Government of Chile until March 2014. In addition, he serves as a member on the Boards of COPEC, Orizon S.A. and Empresa Pesquera Eperva S.A. Mr. Bunster holds a degree in Business Administration and Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and an MBA from IESE Business School of Navarra University, Spain.

Eduardo Navarro is a member of ARAUCO’s Board of Directors since September 25, 2007. Franco Mellafe
Franco Mellafe is a member of ARAUCO’s Board of Directors since April 21, 2015. He also serves as member of the Board of Forestal Arauco and Inversiones Angelini y Compañía Limitada. Mr. Mellafe holds an MBA from Babson College and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Gabriela Mistral University. Before he became a Board member, Mr. Mellafe worked for twelve years in different occupational positions at ARAUCO.

Timothy C. Purcell is a member of ARAUCO’s Boardo of Directors since April 26, 2005. He is also a Founding Partner of Linzor Capital Partners, LP. and member of the Boards of Komax, S.A., Tip de México, S.A. de C.V., and Corporación Santo Tomás. In addition, he serves on the Board of Enseña Chile, and is a Trustee of International House in New York and the Chilean chapter of The Nature Conservancy. Mr. Purcell holds a BA in Economics from Cornell University, a Masters in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the Wharton School.

Juan Ignacio Langlois is a member of the Board of Directors of ARAUO since April 26, 2016. He is also Partner at the Tyndall Group and member of the Boards of Metrogas S.A. and the Instituto Chileno de Administración Racional de Empresas (ICARE). Chief Executive Officer
Cristián Infante is the President & Chief Operating Officer of ARAUCO, since July 2011. He joined ARAUCO in 1996, and since then worked in the sales areas of the Pulp, Timber and Forestry business areas. He later went on to serve as Managing Director of Corporate Management & Development and Managing Director of the Atlantic Region. Mr. Infante holds a degree in Civil Industrial Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.

Pablo Franzini serves as Senior Vice-President at ARAUCO, leading the global ARAUCO Wood Business. He has been with ARAUCO since 2005. Previously, he served as President of Arauco North America, including operations in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Throughout his career, he has worked as CFO of Arauco Argentina, CEO of Arauco Brazil, and SVP of Arauco International Business based in Chile.
