Forest Sale – Valdivia Region

On June 30, 2026, the subsidiary Forestal Arauco S.A. (“Forestal Arauco”) entered into a purchase and sale agreement with a Chilean company controlled by a local forestry investment fund whose contributors are institutional investors. The agreement covers the standing eucalyptus forest crop on 561 forest properties, with a total area of approximately 29,458 hectares, owned by Forestal Arauco in the Valdivia region. The transaction does not include the sale of the underlying land on which the forests are planted. The total purchase price amounts to USD 216,565,113 plus VAT, payable within a maximum period of 45 calendar days.
