New Board Directors at Arauco

At the recently held Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, important matters regarding the Board of Directors of our company were defined.

After a long and distinguished career Mr. Manuel Bezanilla and Mr. Alberto Etchegaray have decided to conclude their terms as directors.

The board has appointed Matías Domeyko, currently Executive Vice President, as President of the Board of ARAUCO. Matías’s extensive and deep knowledge of ARAUCO allows us to continue steadily with the strategy we have been developing under his leadership.

Additionally, Marcela Bravo has been appointed as a director of ARAUCO, whose significant leadership will be a valuable contribution to the future challenges of our Company.

Through these changes the Board is now composed for the next period by: Marcela Bravo, Jorge Andueza, Roberto Angelini, Jorge Bunster, Matías Domeyko, Juan Ignacio Langlois, Franco Mellafe, Eduardo Navarro, and Timothy Purcell.
