First ARAUCO Women's Meeting

On April 3, 2024, was the First ARAUCO Women’s Meeting, an event that marked an unprecedented milestone in the history of our organization. With the presence of more than 200 women and a live broadcast that had more than 1,000 simultaneous views – including audiences from Argentina, Chile, Brazil, and North America – this activity symbolized a significant advance in ARAUCO’s diversity, equity, and inclusion agenda and in the challenge of contributing to a more diverse and inclusive society, incorporating good practices with the purpose of reducing gender gaps within the company.
