At ARAUCO, we launched our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Policy. This initiative that reflects our commitment to fostering the conditions necessary to develop people’s full potential in safe work environments based on respect, collaboration, and ongoing communication.

As a global company operating in five continents, we recognize and celebrate the individuality and diversity of each person. We believe in the unique contribution of each individual, enriching teams with diverse perspectives and skills. Following our Code of Ethics and Human Rights policy, we are moving toward an organizational culture that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our commitments include recognizing diversity as an element that generates value, highlighting talent regardless of status, promoting work-life balance, and ensuring equal treatment and opportunities. These commitments are not new but rather reflect a long-term commitment that we at ARAUCO have been making for years, with the conviction of consolidating an inclusive culture that enhances the development of each individual and contributes to collective well-being.
